COMPANY CULTURE - CORE VALUES AND PRINCIPALS

12 Values

Loyalty

Loyalty means being there for your teammates, being in the trenches withthem, because you know they would do the same for you. Loyalty to others, but also toyourself, your goals, and your life. What we are loyal to shapes us, defines what webelieve in, and the life we create.

Adaptability

Adaptability is essential for thriving in a rapidly changing work environment. Given that 54% of employees may require significant reskilling or upskilling over the next few years to keep pace with new technology and evolving business needs, adaptability is essential. Employees who are adaptable are more likely to achieve better outcomes as priorities shift or setbacks occur, since they’re already
comfortable making strategic adjustments.

Leadership

Organizations with strong leadership are 13 times more likely to outperform their competition. It’s not just the leader’s own skills and vision that drive that success – it’s their ability to inspire, motivate, and unleash the potential in others. On the flip side, poor leaders can make their teams less motivated and efficient and more likely to quit. No matter what seniority level you’re at, it never hurts to think about your leadership potential. After all, you could be the company’s future CEO without even realizing it

Culture

Culture adds have the potential to do great things at a company. Companies with inclusive talent practices generate up to 30% higher revenue per employee. What is
valued, what the decision makers value about the brand internally and externally – Laughter, identity, leading by example, doing the right things, serving the client off hours,
setting the standard, going the extra mile and taking initiative, go above and beyond.

Collaboration

Teamwork, Team spirit, Build positive and fun relationships, Done right, collaboration improves productivity, morale and order. But when people  aren’t good at collaborating they can create roadblocks for colleagues. In a role where you will need to work well with others, assessing collaboration can help you find someone who will succeed and drive others toward greater success.

Growth Potential

We want someone with growth potential so they can develop the role and make it their own. Most candidates are interested in advancing their career, not just doing more of the same. While it’s attempting to find candidates with exactly the same skills and level of experience as the team members are replacing, we want someone with potential to grow into their role. It earns loyalty- making you more likely to stay for the long haul. If you don’t want to grow as an individual or with the company you will likely not work out. We are not a company that accepts time card punchers. The strong will weed out the weak and you will get passed up.

Prioritization

Candidates who mastered prioritization can juggle key tasks. People who can manage their time effectively and pay close attention to details to ensure that things don’t fall through the cracks, and are less likely to drop the ball – or to burn themselves out. This is especially important rows that have firm due date and type project timelines.

Always be learning

Invest in yourself to be better, not only for yourself, but for
everyone around you. We believe in taking the time to learn new things to better ourselves personally and improve our performance. Learning is essential to growth and
our personal growth and performance have a direct impact on those around us. So by always learning, we can be the best version of ourselves and leave a positive impact

Always be closing

Push the deal to get to the closing table, prioritize your day and your tasks, follow the processes the company has set forth, utilize your resources, call/text/email in that order, follow up follow up follow up.

Be a good person

Stay humble, be disciplined, accept responsibility, be selfless.

Be enthusiastic

We believe that when you are enthusiastic about something, when something truly fulfills you, you are more likely to follow through with it. Enthusiasm can make or break not only your own attitude about something, but someone else’s as well. Be enthusiastic in the closing room. Remaining enthusiastic in situations can better help
you push through life’s difficulties and failures.

Believe

Believe in the big picture. We believe in the big picture, the direction we are all collectively going, and exactly what needs to be done to get there. We believe in the
mission and that the work will be worth it. We believe the struggle will pay off. We believe doing the right thing is the right thing, and we believe in the Core Values. More
importantly, we believe in the individuals who make up our incredible family! We live by these values, together and as a team, both inside and outside these walls – it’s who we
are fundamentally at our core, and we believe in that.

Principals WE BELIEVE IN

Whoever builds his house on a strong foundation will sustain the worst storms – Everyone then, who hears these words of the Lord and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house,
but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. Matt 7:24-25

Purpose – (what God called you to do) when you see it it is called VISION Guiding vision – Capture a personal purpose comes from a glimpse of your destiny. 1. You can always tell your dream is from GOD – everyone will think you’re crazy! 2. Resistance is usually a sign that you are right.

2. Passion – Nobody passionate drags themselves out of bed, and is lazy.  Passion is a desire that is stronger than death – energy that is created by a purpose and meaningful life. Commitment beyond contention – anything that comes against you can not stop you. Willing to die for what you are doing. I am going to outlive you until I finish you. If you are not willing to die for what you are living for it is not worth living for. Passion never takes no for an answer. I am OBLIGATED to ________ (fill in the blank). When you are obligated no one can stop you? Are you going to work because you’re obligated to a salary. If you can stop doing what you’re doing and be happy you haven’t found your vision/passion.

3. Potential – Recognize who you are in God and living your life according to his purposes. We are fearfully and wonderfully made, children of God. We were formed and knitted together intricately in secret so we can become a holy nation, God’s special possession that we may declare the praises of His name. Anything that we ask we may have.

4. Planning – Proverbs 16:1 – the heart of a man writes down his plans – but from God comes the reply from the town. God has left it up to you to put down the plans on paper, how it is done He will make that happen. Describe specifics. Verse 9 in his heart the man plans the costs, but the lord directs the steps. No plan, no direction. No target you will hit every time. You can’t steer or direct a ship that is standing still. You have to be moving to steer, so get moving.

5. People -Stay away from negative toxic people. Keep company with people that will support your dream.

6. Persistence – Consistency of insistence. Will never stop, get excited about the storm. Don’t worry about not doing well. But in due season you will receive. How to pray – Ask then get off your knees then go seek (infinitive tense until you find), knock (infinitive tense – keeps on knocking)

7. Principals – Gain wisdom, wisdom is better than strength, though it cost all you have gain understanding. Seek justice, love mercy, walk humbly. Fear the Lord, live in a pleasing way, love Him, serve Him with all your heart and soul, obey his commandments.

8. Prayer – to commune with – communion – common union with the one who gave you the union. You need to be able to run back to the one that gave you the dream and have him tell you to keep going like a boxer in their corner between the rounds.
