Our perks and services for the builder / developer are second to none. Our marketing assistance program will help get your deal pre-sold whether from the land acquisition or project completion Citizen Title will work with your service providers to help pre-sale your deal.

Lenders

Citizen Title prides itself in quick response times to get your refi done. With our in-house underwriting counsel we get answers quickly to serve the mortgage professional. Citizen can close Refis without the T-19 endorsements,  we also provide fast turn around times for title commitments and closing disclosures. Citizen Title has Bi-lingual staff, quick response times, and a custom fee generation calculator.

Everyone seems to want to blame Covid for everything. I was suppose to receive a check back for taxes and utilities, Ove had to send multiple emails without response and when I call it’s either they’ll call me back or this person is working at home, that person is currently about to go into a meeting. How about you act like a business and someone do your job, if you can choose another closing company, you should.
